River House Winter Exercise Program

FUSION YOGA  12 weeks starting Tues, Jan 8, 7 to 8:15 pm

 Beat the winter blahs, stick to your New Year’s Resolutions, and meet your neighbors through this spirited yoga class.  Enjoy a fusion style practice – integrating breath awareness, stretching, movement, conditioning and balancing poses.
Catha Pavloff, the instructor, is a 200 hour RYT and the Principal of a Life/Wellness coaching business.   She infuses encouraging, positive energy throughout each class — with an equal emphasis on safety and proper alignment– to help students get the most out of their practice.

 BOOT CAMP FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS   12 weeks starting Mon, Jan 7, 645 to 745 pm

Fitness can be fun if you play with toys!  This circuit style class is a series of stations where you do your best for your fitness level without competing.  Work at your own level with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer.  Stations involve the latest fitness toys including TRX’s, kettleballs, medicine balls, agility ladders, ropes and more.

PERSONAL TRAINING:  JUMP START PACKAGE  Special Offer ends on 1/31/13

 Start the new year off with a jump start package.  The package includes an initial assessment that will help you and your trainer to personalize an exercise prescription based upon your fitness level, needs, and goals.  After the assessment, you will have three follow-up training sessions to learn the routine, keep you motivated, and on the right track.  The goal is for you to graduate to the next level which is exercising independently with periodic checkups with your trainer to hold you accountable and fine tune your program.
