“I just wanted to take a moment to give you some background and information regarding this specific brand of Whey. I realize that there are numerous varieties on the market from which to choose from but one must be very careful in choosing a whey protein because there are so many out there that advertise false results and are high in other unnecessary fillers. It is very difficult to compare various brands with the Gold Standard – in fact, it’s like comparing apples to oranges. Ellen spent numerous hours in research and trial testing before finding this particular protein powder for her clients. It’s not something that she takes lightly nor is it a product that is marketed to her to sell. She has researched and purchased this product on her own accord.
It is extremely difficult to find a whey protein that is so low in sugar but yet so high in protein grams. You must also take into consideration the carbs in each serving as well. This protein has so many plus points that there really isn’t one out there on the free market that gives you the benefits and gains that this one does. I can speak from personal experience when I tell you this. I currently use the whey protein and religiously have a serving after each workout. I can feel the fatigue in my muscles if I skip taking it for whatever reason. Additionally, I sometimes supplement a serving in my diet if I feel I haven’t had enough protein in a day. It’s great in the blender with some ice and a flavoring – I like to use almond flavoring.
I hope this information is helpful to you and I trust you will feel a difference if you start taking a serving after your workouts.”
