Here is N2SHAPE’s  Summer Group Training & Group Exercise Schedule

Mon 10 am & 5 pm Group Training
Mon 6 am & 615 pm Spinning

 

Tues 830 am Spinning

Wed 10 am Group Training

Wed 6 am & 615 pm Spinning

Thurs 6 am & 6 pm Group Training

Thurs 830 am Spinning
Fri 10 am Group Training (Trek & Check)
Fri 530 am Spinning (90 minutes)
Sat 830 am Group Training

Sat 715 am Boot Camp

http://n2shape.com/classes/ and click book it.  You may also remove yourself as well if within 24 hours of the group or class.

Please note that we have one group on Monday evening at 5 pm instead of two.We will revisit the schedule in the Fall as clients return from vacation.
