Coconut Water

Coconut water can be found in your average supermarket.  The brands now in the marketplace  grow on a daily basis. A great beverage to add back electrolytes lost through exercise and a great tasting shake ingredient, the water is especially high in potassium, much higher amounts, than say, a banana, so drink up!
