Michelle is a personal trainer & mentor to everyone from the novice to the high-performing competitor. Fitness is not only her passion, but it is her life’s calling, and she truly practices what she preaches. She began her career in fitness as a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and has 15-plus years of exercise, fitness training, competitive running,
and body building/power lifting experience. To this day she is a consistent runner who often places well in 5k and 10k road races within her age group.
Charles has over 25 years as a personal trainer! He is known as N2SHAPE’s Gentle Giant that packs a lot of punch into a workout! With over two decades of personal training experience, he improves physical fitness and enhances the lives of clients ranging from elite athletes to seniors. Charles acquired his passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle during his six years with the US Marine Corps. In addition to working with N2SHAPE, he is a head track Coach for Fairfax County. He is certified by the International Sports & Science Association (ISSA).
Mariam started her work as a personal trainer after finding much gratification helping members while working in a health club. She saw that as a personal trainer that she could help people reach their fullest potential. Ms. Said believes that with the right resources that anyone can be successful at reaching their goals, whether it be fitness, career or personal. “Being fit goes beyond aesthetics and health”, says Ms. Said. “It increases one’s confidence, self-esteem and happiness factor and also reduces stress and boosts brain power”. Mariam has over eight years experience as a personal trainer and is in the process of pursuing a certification in Pilates. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has a BA in Psychology from Michigan State and a MA in Social Work from Loyola College.
Jennifer has over ten years experience as a personal trainer. She is compassionate and patient with her clients and figures out how to work around injuries and ease the pain. She incorporates many elements of Pilates, Yoga, flexibility, and strength training while emphasizing form and alignment. Jennifer is a graduate of Virginia Tech as well as the National Personal Training Institute. She is the loving mother of two sons and resides in Great Falls, VA.
Anne has over ten years experience as a Yoga & Meditation instructor. She is hands on and her touch will immediately put you at ease. She incorporates many elements of Pilates, Yoga, flexibility, and strength training while emphasizing form and alignment. Anne is a graduate of Virginia Tech as well as the National Personal Training Institute. She is the loving mother of three young women and resides in Great Falls, VA.
