Wed 10:15 am Group Training with Michelle at Leisure Fitness –  Neil, Dr. Rafey, Mirna, Fran,  Valerie

Wed 6:15 pm Group Training with Michelle at Leisure Fitness –  Katie, Neeta, Diane F, Angie, Naomi

Wed 7 pm Yoga with Catha at Pentagon City
Thurs 6am Group Training with Michelle at LA Boxing – David, Katie, Julie,Vaida, Vanesa, Michael
Thurs 830 am Spinning with Ellen at The Pilates Room
Fri 6 am Spinning with Ellen at Tower
Sat 730 am Boot Camp with Ellen at LA Boxing
Sat 830 am Group Training with Michelle at LA Boxing- Doug,  Diane, Armida, Joan
