N2Shape’s September Program

Classes in italics are held at 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, Vienna, VA.
Classes in regular script are held at the Pilates Room,1489 Chain Bridge Road, Mclean, VA.
Mon 6 am – Endurance – Even application of energy for sustained periods. 65 to 75% of maximal heart rate.
Mon 630 pm – Endurance – Even application of energy for sustained periods. 65 to 75% of maximal heart rate.
Wed  – 6 am – Interval – Speed, tempo, timing and rhythm require.  65 to 92% of maximal heart rate.
Thurs 830 am  – Endurance – Even application of energy for sustained periods. 65 to 75% of maximal heart rate.

Fri 6 am – Strength – Heavy Resistance to develop muscular endurance and power.
Training Ride will be offered on Mon, Sept 17  from 530 to 7 am.  It will be a 90 minute ride that will incorporate Endurance and Strength.  There will be an even application of energy but for a long duration.  To sign up, please e-mail ellen@n2shape.com.  It will count as two classes.  Refreshments will be served throughout and cold wet towels.
If you have any music requests, please feel free to send them my way as well.  It is much more fun to Spin to music that you like and motivates you then to music that you don’t care for.

  •  First ride is free.  Then, you may purchase a 10 pack @ $15 per class.  All packs expire in 3 months.
