Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive.  Instructor Liza Burrell, a native Colombian, has been teaching Zumba for over 10 years and is a figure competitor and body builder.  She has the moves to keep your body N2SHAPE while having fun and moving to the beat.

Instructor:  Catha Pavloff

Vinyasa inspired Yoga outside under the open sky and setting sun.  Instructor, Catha Pavloff, will give one-on-one attention throughout class with emphasis on safety and proper alignment.  Class includes stretching, conditioning, core work, balance and a relaxation technique to end your day on the right foot. Leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Open to all levels

 Instructor:  Beth Scott

Minimum:  6 persons

$150 for 6 classes         $240 for 12 classes

  

Start your night off with an outdoor water class to exercise and have fun.  Beth Scott, an Olympic Gold Medalist in swimming, will lead you through various movements in the water with noodles and kickboards working on strength, endurance, and balance.  You do not need to know how to swim and this class is appropriate for all levels and ages.

 Instructor:  Beth Scott

Minimum:  6 persons

$150 for 6 classes         $240 for 12 classes

This outdoor water class will include middle and long distance swimming and sprints.  The instructor, Beth Scott, Olympic Gold Medalist in swimming, will work also work with you one-on-one to improve your stroke.  This class is open to experienced swimmers that would like to exercise and to Master Swimmers and those competing in triathlons and swimming events.
