Easy Picture Guide to Make Protein Shakes

So many have asked me what I put in my #protein #shake.  I have included my recipe below along with an easy to follow “picture guide” so you can make a shake that suits your taste & needs!

3/4 cup of water, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, handful of spinach, 1 carrot, 1/2 cup of Keifer & 1 green apple.

Place the ingredients in a blender in this order, grind and it’s done.  I make it before I leave the house and take with me to drink right after I exercise. This shake is full of fiber, protein, vitamins and has built my immune system. I have not had a cold or the flu since I have been drinking these.
