Health clubs can be great places to get fit, but they’re not for everyone.  Busy professionals and working parents struggle to fit exercise into their schedules. Seniors and teens may need to work out closer to home. N2SHAPE can bring “the gym” where people live and work – at your residential property, community center, or workplace.

Our services include:

  • Fitness center management or staffing
  • Planning and operations consulting
  • Designing fitness and wellness programming
  • Classes and boot camps led by certified personal trainers
  • Staffing for special events: massage therapists, fitness instructors

Don’t have a facility? Let us provide creative, effective, and fun individual and group training sessions or classes in an empty conference room or multipurpose room – or even a storage room or hallway.
