1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 830 am
2nd Friday of each month – 90 Minute Spin from 530 to 7 am
Mon 6:00 am & 615 pm – 15, 15, 15 – 15 minutes of speed with light tension, 15 minutes of intervals, and 15 minutes of hills and mountains. The order changes weekly.
Wed 6:00 am & 6:15 pm Race Day – Spinning shooting for 80 to 92% of your heart rate while sprinting, going up and down hills and mountains, and flat road riding.
Thurs 830 am Interval Spin – The instructor will lead you through terrain and games where your heart rate will soar and recover.
Fri 6:00 am Game Day – After warming up, the instructor will lead you through a series of drills and games on the bike where time passes fast while having fun.
Sun 830 am (1st & 3rd) – A non-stop ride to a musical theme each week. Past rides include movie & television theme songs and Country music.
