Please review and look for your name and place training will take place.  If you need to make a change, please e-mail ellen@n2shape.com asap.  You must have a prior reservation and cancellation with 24-48 hours notice.

Mon 10:15 am Group Training at Leisure   – Neil,  Mirna, Valerie
Mon 530 pm Duo Training with Ellen at Tower – Cris  & Maryl
Mon 6:15 pm Duo Training with Susan at Tower  – Maria &  Katie

Wed 10:15 am Group Training with Michelle at Leisure Fitness –  Neil, Dr. Rafey, Mirna, Fran,  Valerie, Maryl
Wed 6:15 pm Group Training with Michelle at Leisure Fitness –  Katie, Diane F, Angie, Ayesha

Thurs 6am Group Training with Michelle at LA Boxing – David, Katie, Julie,Vaida, Vanesa, Michael

Sat 830 am Group Training with Michelle at LA Boxing-  Diane, Armida, Joan
