Kickboxing, Yoga, and Boot Camp at River House

Listed below is the full line up of classes starting in April.    

Boot Camp  Monday, 6:45 pm, April 8 to July 1 http://bit.ly/springboot2013

A combination of cardio drills with a few obstacles mixed in for fun!  We will be using ropes, tires, kettlebells, and your own body weight for maximum calorie burn.  Your trainer will show you how to have fun and get N2SHAPE at the same time! 

Michelle Boulay is head trainer and General Manager for N2SHAPE. She is a graduate of NPTI, a certified personal trainer, with 20 plus years experience in athletics and working her own body.  She is a walking testimonial of what Boot Camp can do for you.

Roof Top Yoga  Tues 7:00 pm, April 9 to June 25     http://bit.ly/Springyoga2013  

Join us for a yoga practice in your own “backyard”, under the magnificent of the spacious blue skies and in the shadows of the setting sun. This class includes a balanced integration of stretching, core strengthening and conditioning–with equal emphasis placed centering and breathing. It is open to all levels, including beginners, as adjustments are suggested for each experience level. *No class on Tues, Nov 6 due to Election Day.  .
Catha Pavloff is the principal of a life and wellness coaching business, and is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered yoga instructor. She teaches yoga at a number of local studios and gyms.A new comer to Yoga or Yoga at River House?  Come try it out for free on Tues, April 2 at 7 pm on the Roof top of the 1600 building.  Please bring a mat and a towel for extra cushioning.

The intense and active routines will keep you moving so that you improve your cardiovascular fitness and feel good after working up a sweat!  Kickboxing for cardio classes begin with light stretching and warmup exercises such as jumping jacks. The instructor will guide you through numerous punch-kick combinations to keep your body warm and active.  This class will give you a new way to burn calories and lose weight.

Instructor & Personal Trainer Al Cassimir,is very passionate about  what he does.  He is originally from Haiti with a work ethic to prove it.  He has been a personal trainer and motivator for over a decade.
