Fitness & Nutrition Tips
A combination of cardio drills with a few obstacles mixed in for fun! We will be using ropes, tires, kettlebells, and your own body weight for maximum calorie burn. Your trainer will show you how to have fun and get N2SHAPE at the same time!
Michelle Boulay is head trainer and General Manager for N2SHAPE. She is a graduate of NPTI, a certified personal trainer, with 20 plus years experience in athletics and working her own body. She is a walking testimonial of what Boot Camp can do for you.
