Class Descriptions

Group Training
Results-driven progressive training designed to take you to the next level. Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a team.

Weekend Warriors
Small group training for those that want to have fun but workout hard.  All equipment is utilized so you never get bored or your muscles get used to the same workout each week:  the TRX, kettlebells, ropes, chains, balls and more…..

Athletes in Training
Hard core weight training under the watchful eye of a personal trainer and group members so no cheating goes on.  It is fun but non-stop action utilizing ropes, chains, machines, barbells, and more…

Boot Camp & Spring Training  (for all levels!)
Class members will visit various stations set up to increase strength and muscular endurance.  The personal trainer who leads the class will modify each station according to the class member’s needs/level.   Equipment includes kettlebells, dumbbells and your our own body weight in non stop action.

 

Weight Training
Muscle toning & strengthening for small groups for corporations lead by a personal trainer.

 

Spinning
Intervals of cardiovacular & muscular endurance on the bike to music taught by an instructor/entertainer who makes it fun by engaging the group in drills, games, and rambling rest periods.

 

Yoga
Onsite Yoga class for corporations.

 

Zumba®
Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive.

I worked with N2SHAPE at the River House apartment complex, where N2SHAPE provides personal training and group-exercise classes. Ellen and her team helped me reach very specific goals and targets that we laid out after a personal assessment of my fitness levels and expectations.
